Budget Roles

Along with the operations specific to it, a security level (with the exception of Check Printer) allows you to perform operations available to lower levels of security within the same module. The minimum security levels to perform tasks are listed below, with roles listed in order from greatest access to least access.

Budget Management Administrator

• Adopt budget

Budget Management Manager

• Adjust budget — no change to overall budget amount

• Revise budget — new amounts have changed overall budget amounts

• Define budget element order

Budget Management Operator

• Create budget pool

• Enter budget amount

Budget Management Reviewer

• Generate & print reports
