Asset History Report

Access the Asset History Report from the Reports menu > Capital Assets module.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: asset number, asset name, and the information for each historical entry — date, history type, item description, site, building, room, condition, history description, comment, and dollar amount.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Assets — select a single asset, multiple, or all assets

• History type
