Asset Valuation Report

The Asset Valuation Report provides the net value of a specific asset or a group of assets at a specific location. All capital asset types are included.

Access the Asset Valuation Report from the Reports menu > Capital Assets module.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: asset number & name, status, category, subcategory, asset cost, end accumulated depreciation, disposed net amount, net book value, and salvage value. The report is sorted by site, building, and room

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Status — select all, a single, or multiple

• Site

• Building

• Room
