The Employee Contract Listing Report can be reached by selecting Reports > Human Resources > Employee Contract Listing Report.
Use this report to verify information for employee contracts. It shows much of the data that goes into an employee contract, but does NOT combine that data with the contract template to create the actual contract.
Fields included on the report are: employee name & number, site, job/addendum name, begin & end dates, FTE, type, contract status, account code & amount.
When the option to include compensation details is selected, the report also includes: hourly rate, hours per day, contract days, and contract status.
The report filters are:
Cycle
Contract type
Job/addendum name
Designation
Site
Department
Employees selected by name or number
Job comment
Option to include or exclude compensation details
