The Position History tab on the Edit Employee popup is a display-only window listing the job name, position number, cycle, and filled or vacated date for all the selected employee's positions.
Choose a record and click the View Details button to see additional information about the position — including the position number, begin & end dates, hours per day, contract days, calendar, salary schedule, grade, & step, account code, remaining actual, budgeted, salary, FTE, site, designation, course, subject, grade and comment.
You can also export a report listing the position records currently displayed in the Position History tab. Click to export the report to Excel or to export it to a PDF.
