The Benefit Management Census Report can be generated for 4 benefits vendors, and it contains employee benefit and census information that can be used by benefits administrators to provide online enrollment for employees.
The report can be accessed from Reports > Payroll and can be created as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.
American Fidelity file: Employee number, name, address, phone, birth date, hire date, contract amount, age, deduction, location, other ID, and status.
Benebridge file: Employee number, name, address, birth date, hire date, termination date, campus code, pay frequency, deduction frequency, income annual, phone, email, occupation, sex, marital status, employment status, and years of service.
Colonial file: Employee number, name, birth date, hire date, pay frequency, department, location, number of working hours per week, salary, gender, job title home phone, address, and marital status.
United Health Group file: Employee number, name, title, birth date, gender, country, address, home phone, work email, class 1, class 2, date of employment, status, employee effective date, payroll schedule, status change date, and payroll information effective date.
