Employee totals on this report will match employee totals on the Employee Payroll Expenditure History for Fiscal Year when the two reports are run for the same period of time.
The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Employee Payroll Expenditure Summary for Fiscal Year and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.
Fields included on the report are: employee name & SSN, deduction/earning description, employee/employer responsibility, liability & expenditure accounts, and YTD amount.
