The Employee Substitute Teacher Report shows the substitute with the teacher(s) for whom they substituted, along with the date and hours worked, and a total of hours worked by the substitute.
The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Employee Substitute Teacher Report and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.
The following steps must be completed to ensure correct data is reported.
Payroll Configuration
General tab
Specify Yes for Show Substitute for Teacher on Leave Detail
In Substitute Jobs Master Position Names specify the master positions that can be used for substitute jobs
Leave Types tab: Configure hourly leave types
Leave Detail: Assign substitute teacher for the selected teacher and set up all required fields
Manage Employees: Set up all required fields for the substitute teacher
Fields included on the Detail worksheet are: substitute name & SSN, teacher name & SSN, date, site and hours worked.
Fields included on the Summary worksheet are: substitute name, SSN, and total hours worked.
