The Payroll Labor Counts Report provides the total number of paid Certified and Other type employees for the selected payroll cycle and associated registers. Only paid employees with Certified and Other classifications will appear on this report. Classifications are specified for each employee record in Manage Employees.
Note: The AptaFund system administrator can define additional classifications, but they will not appear for use on this report. You can view those values on a Manage Employees grid report.
The report is sorted and totaled by Classification type and gender.
The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Payroll Labor Counts Report and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.
Fields included on the report are:
Accounting cycle — defaults to the current cycle
Payroll cycle
Payroll register state — select all, new, submitted, approved, printed, or pending
Payroll register
Paycheck site
Department
