Payroll Liability Voucher Form

The Payroll Liability Voucher Form is an AptaFund-customized Microsoft Word template that provides a location for governing board signatures. The form aggregates the expenditures allocated for a voucher to the Fund element level. Each Fund with an expenditure allocated against it is totaled for the voucher.

The report can be accessed from Reports > Payroll and can be created as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.

Report filters & parameters are:

• Cycle

• Voucher name — the list includes Submitted, Approved, Print Pending, Void, and Paid vouchers, but not New vouchers.

• County
