The Payroll Register Leave for Fiscal Year Report reports the number of hours (or days) of leave reported on a selected payroll register or all registers. The report is sorted by leave type and employee name. Entries from the Comments field are provided for each leave type.
The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Payroll Register Leave for Fiscal Year Report and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.
Fields included on the report are: employee name & number, department, paycheck site, register, hours taken, YTD hours taken, hours balance, days taken, YTD days taken, days balance.

Payroll Register — select one or all
YTD option — Only applicable if a single register was selected. If that's true, choose either the register date or today's date (or year end date for past years). If today’s date is selected, all calendar-year-to-date information will be included.
