Time and overtime can only be entered on a New payroll register.
There are several ways to enter time and overtime in Manage Payroll.
Edit jobs on a register: Use this feature to enter regular and overtime hours/days for a single employee or a group of employees. This feature also allows you to edit account code allocations and overtime rates, as needed.
Batch edit jobs on a register: Use this feature to enter regular and overtime hours/days for a group of employees — as long as you don't need to edit account code allocations or overtime rates. This feature allows you to enter different hours/days for each employee in the batch, as needed.
Set Mass Days/Hours: Use this feature to enter hours/days for a group of employees who require time entry for every pay period and work the same number of hours/days. This feature doesn't allow you to enter overtime.
Import from AptaFund Timekeeping: Use this feature to import all the hours for hourly employees through AptaFund Timekeeping into the Payroll Register.
